The Georgia State Open has been changed to April 3, 2004 to be held at the Holiday Inn Express in Athens, Ga. The 2002 Georgia State Open was held at this location. It is a first class facility. I am sorry if this has inconvienced any one. This is a dual sanction meet APC/UAPC and a National Qualifier for the APC Nationals and the UAPC Nationals. At the AGM in Vienna, Austria the WPCommittee voted to institute a 3 category system for certifying judges. This notice is for all former USA World Powerlifting Congress judges who want to apply to the WPCommittee as a category 3 judge.
