Georges' Secrets to Gaining Weight

  1. Eat a meal or drink a meal replacement every two to three hours (at least 6 meals a day).
  2. Use a good weight gainer (no more than 2500 cal.) at least twice a day (this can be considered one of your meals).

  3. Lift no more than four days a week sticking primarily to core movements and staying in the 2-6 rep range.
  4. Hit each muscle group hard only once per week.
  5. Peanut butter is an excellent weight gainer (high in carbs, poly-unsaturated fat, protein, and no cholesterol).
  6. Drink more fruit juices (some have up to 250 cal. per serving).
  7. Eat or drink your last meal of the day about an hour before you go to sleep.(Your metabolism is at its lowest when you are sleeping).
  8. Adding a teaspoon of powdered milk to anything that your taste buds will allow you to will add extra calories to your meal.
  9. And last but not least, if gaining weight is really important to you, you must be disciplined in your new high calorie diet and training! (Don't expect massive gains overnight!)
