In my opinion...

  • One can get significant strength and muscle gains by only doing the following 3 exercises twice a week: squat, bench, and deadlift.
  • Powerlifters are stronger than Olympic style weightlifters.
  • Olympic style weightlifters are generally more athletic than powerlifters.
  • Mark Henry (a.k.a. Sexual Chocolate of the W.W.F.) is currently the greatest drug free, heavyweight powerlifter in the world.
  • Mark Henry is not the greatest Olympic style weightlifter in the world.
  • Mark McGuire should be regarded as the strongest baseball player in history.
  • Mark didn't become this strong because of "ANDRO".
  • ANDRO is unsafe, not researched enough, and the next worse thing to taking "real" steroids.
  • ANDRO doesn't make you strong...lifting heavy weights makes you strong.
  • Lat pulldowns are more effective when the bar is pulled to the chest verses pulling the bar behind the neck.
  • Guys who still wear those 1992 baggy muscle pants look like dorks! (Although they are comfortable....OK!.. I too still own a pair!)
  • Most bodybuilders who walk with a "waddle" only wish their legs were that big!
